Terms of Use
These terms explain how you may use the Harbour & Oak Collection website and how to treat the information we publish.
Last updated: 25 July 2026
Website use
This website is operated by Harbour & Oak Collection (“Harbour & Oak”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You may browse the site for personal or business information about our short-stay property management services. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
General information only
Content on this website is provided for general information. It is not financial, legal, tax or property advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
We take care to keep information accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail on the site is complete, current or error-free at all times.
Performance examples are indicative
Any short-stay performance examples, scenarios, estimates or typical improvement areas shown on this website are indicative only. They are not forecasts, promises or guarantees of income, occupancy, average nightly rate, reviews or owner returns.
Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including property quality, location, seasonality, building rules, pricing strategy, guest demand and market conditions.
Owner assessment and enquiries
Submitting an owner assessment, consultation request or other enquiry does not create a management agreement, engagement or obligation for either party.
We may review your details and respond with next steps, including where we are not the right fit. A management relationship only begins if both parties later agree terms in writing.
No guaranteed results
Harbour & Oak does not guarantee income, occupancy, nightly rates, booking volume, review scores or any particular commercial outcome for apartment owners.
Third-party platforms and tools
References to third-party platforms or tools — including Airbnb, Booking.com, Lodgify, PriceLabs and similar services — are for descriptive purposes only.
We are not responsible for those platforms’ terms, availability, fees, policies or performance. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law and other applicable law, Harbour & Oak is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, imagery and design elements are owned by Harbour & Oak or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except for ordinary personal viewing or sharing of publicly available pages.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes means you should review the updated terms.
